Simple as is stylish, the 55 5/16″ Cluny 1400 Range expands on the original Cluny design, with the addition of a Vertical Warming Cupboard on the right. Acting as a true low temperature oven, the vertical warming cupboard offers a soft, slow cooking style in addition to a pre-entertaining warmer. The more intimate and traditional Old World ovens lend themselves to a nourishing and aromatic cooking style, while still supporting the 15-20 pound Thanksgiving turkey (depending on turkey height).
